Congenica (www.congenica.com) is a world leading developer of genome-based discovery anddiagnostic technologies, providing our Sapientia? clinical decision software platform to UKNHS Regional Genetics Services and clinical, research and commercial customers nationally andinternationally. We are also a clinical interpretation partner for the UK100K Genomes Projectworking with Genomics England.Congenica’s vision is to be the international leader in data solutions for diagnosing and treatinggenetic disease. Our ethos is to create the most patient benefit from the advances being made inhuman genetics, and ensuring the security and ethical use of patient data.Congenica’s main office is located at the Wellcome Genome Campus, with the Sanger Instituteand the EBI. Congenica is building a field organisation in China to allow the sale and support ofit's genomic diagnostic software product within China. Congenica already has business relationswith some major Chinese corporations but need to improve support of these organisations and beprepared to support customers in hospitals and other settings.Main Responsibilities? Work with the Clinical, Sales and Marketing teams to engage with customers andpotential new clients,? Successfully deliver customer implementation projects through working effectively withcustomer stakeholders and internal Technology and Support teams,? Effectively manage customer communications to plan, implement and hand overSapientia implementations,? Engage with potential new clients to ensure that their requirements are understood,documented and achievable,? Work within a project management framework to ensure that contractual commitmentsare meet and scope creep is effectively managed,?
