职位描述： Function & Responsibilities-Manage warranty claim & conduct daily in-house service repair operations on timely basis-Plan and deliver assigned services to customers with high quality including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance & installation-Provide product application training to internal and external partners-Support marketing events, including regional marketing events and national marketing events-Support product registration team and follow the local testing-Perform product software and hardware update timely-Prepare & provide service report on an accurate and timely basis-Identify and report potential quality problems-Provide technical support during product registration process-Manage daily IT support and troubleshooting-Establish and keep a safe/normative/convenient/manageable IT environmentQualifications- This position open to greenhandEducation-Bachelor degree-Major in electronics engineering/electro-mechanical engineering or biomedical engineeringCapabilities-Professional business ethics-Skills in technical measurements of using standard tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope-Self motivated, good communication skills, and a good team player-Well organized, proactive, initiative, analytics, time management skills-Good English in both speaking and writing-Customer focus, result driven/quality oriented, open minded, ability to handle multi-tasks 职能类别： 售前/售后技术支持工程师 医疗器械维修人员
