What are my responsibilities? Coach, drive and monitor the implementation of service processes in 16 Asia countries. Maintain close relationship with country management and quality team and constantly support the quality operations in countries. Conduct internal audits for headquarters processes and suppliers in China, Singapore, Japan and South Korea. Support Quality projects roll out in Asia which covered 16 countries. Responsible for the Process & Information training assignment and maintain, and regular review training plan together with process managers for CS Asia-Australia headquarters function employees. Coach and monitor the CAPA implementation for CS Asia-Australia headquarters processes. What do I need to qualify for this position? At least 2 year of operational responsibilities in healthcare industry At least 3 years’ experience in quality or project management, consulting background preferred Knowledge on various Quality Management Systems standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological/clinical and related background is preferred Excellent communication skill with people from different culture and countries Good knowledge in quality documentation writing and management ( i.e. Compliant, CAPA, operation procedures) Excellent English skill in speaking and writing, CET 6 at least Advanced audit skills with lead auditor qualification Project management with international/cross culture project experience preferred What else do I need to know?
