职位描述

Job Purpose:This position is to be responsible for channel management and data analysis to drive efficiency. Give strong support to regional commercial team and management team.Comply with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.Major Accountabilities: Improve distributor management system to increase customer satisfactory and the degree of cooperation.– Attend distributor annual strategy making – Distributor annual agreement management including contract wording preparation, signing process management.– Work with local commercial team on making channel strategy to ensure target market and board market supply.– Lead distributor new/upgrade/downgrade/close operation process according to SOP.– Price policy & management.– Be responsible for channel margin analysis and work with finance team in compensation calculation. Be responsible for distributor audit plan and support cross function team to execute QA audit, ABDD, FDD to ensure distributor fully implementation of compliance and regulation.Be responsible for channel related data analysis and build efficient reporting system to support business.– Routine report for distributor management.– Trade sales tracking and forecast.– Data analysis for channel streamline and board market strategy.– Ad.hoc analysis according to business need. Work with team for products lifecycle management to ensure smooth supply and patient access.– New products launch excellence.– None promoted products management.– Divestment products management and handover.
