职位描述

岗位职责： 负责神经性退行性疾病的药理研究工作利用分子生物学研究方法负责药物研发过程中生物靶点识别、靶点验证、疾病机制或生物标记物研究， 负责实验数据的分析及解释、报告撰写等，针对项目进展与项目成员或合作者进行有效沟通项目或部门会议上汇报工作及讨论指导实验助理进行研究工作了解相关研究领域的最新进展 任职要求: 神经生物学、细胞生物学、分子生物学或相关专业，0-5年相关研究经历，博士或同等以上学历具备丰富的分子生物学知识，对相关研究领域有深入的了解，在工业界小分子化合物药物开发经验者优先考虑具备药物靶点识别、相关疾病机制研究或生物标记物研究经验者优先考虑具备实验设计、操作、解释及解决问题的能力对科研工作有热情及兴趣，具有创新意识和学习能力实验动手能力强，积极主动，责任心强。有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。 Job description： Work independently in a collaborative team environment discovering novel therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseaseUsing molecular biological approach ,Design, perform and optimize assays for target identification, validation, mechanistic study as well as biomarker studyAnalyze and interpret experimental data, communicate with team members and collaborators on working progressSummarize and present research results in the project and department meetings Supervise junior research stuff members (research associate, associate scientist, or research scientist)Keep abreast of the current development in the area of research focusAct as the scientific resource for the related diseases. Qualifications: Ph.D or equivalent in neuroscience, molecular biology,cell biology or related arees with 0- 5 years relevant postdoctoral experienceIndustrial experience in small molecule drug development is preferredResearch experience in target identification, disease mechanistic study as well as biomarker study is a desirableA broad knowledge in molecular biology and deep understanding of disease biology is a mustDemonstrated ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot experimentsDemonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and timelinesMust be a team player with pro-active behavior, excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skillsHighly motivated, innovative researcher capable of critical thinking and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 分子生物学 研究员 医药研发 细胞生物学
