- Identifies training needs and design, develop or selects training programs to continually improve the KPI of the sales force - Move training division from function oriented to sales-force-oriented - Designing and implement sales training program & Deliver the yearly sales training plan at high quality - Delivering training course at sales area - Ensure the Sandoz MR Promotion process are well processed and followed up by half year - Control and construe sales force training budget design and organize the training programs in Annual meeting and cycle meeting, Ensure the well implementation and result follow upEducation : Bachelor degree or above Languages: Good spoken and written English Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related sales/sales management experience At least 2 years’ experience in a sales training position is preferred 职能类别： 其他
