职位描述： Report to: Associate Market Access DirectorRequired Qualifications and Experience:1. University degree, Life science/pharmacopoeia major is preferred.2.Good English (oral and written).3. Minimum of 3 years experience with government affairs in pharmaceutical industry.4.Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical environment in China.5.Project management skills and experience.6.Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.Responsibilities and Tasks:Market Access1. Represent the organization's position on legislation and government policy to organization's interests are advanced.2.Monitor, analyze, and interpret developments in politics and government policy and advise senior management on how these trends may impact the organization's business interests.3.Ensure that all the organization's policies and standards.4.Keep close surveillance on health care policy, analyze and identify impact and opportunities for organization.5.Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, and method of operation.Bidding and Hospital listing and others:1.Support Associate Market Access Director to organize bidding projects with regard to tender preparation, contract and quotations in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness of inputs.2.Work closely with sales colleagues to support hospital listing.3.Support Associate Market Access Director to patient program implementation and patient group communication. 职能类别： 招投标管理
