职位描述： My client, an international engineering consultancy are currently seeking an Architect / Project Manager for a portfolio of pharmaceutical projects based across Hong Kong. Desired Requirements: ? Degree in Architecture / Diploma or equivalent ? Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in project management / architectural practices ? Experienced in pharmaceutical project is a must ? Familiar with Hong Kong Building and Fire Codes is preferable ? Knowledge on project management and other office software for example - MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel, MS Power Point. ? Exposure to preparing project status reports, financial reports and inter-office work arrangement agreements.
