职位描述： Job descriptionWe are seeking highly motivated individual with experience of cell biology and biochemistry background. Candidates will be responsible for developing and managing cell biology and bioassay research capabilities. The main focus of this position is to manage a highly motivated team of 10-20 PhD, MS and BS level bench scientists and to engage in providing biochemistry- and cell-based assay development and screening support for all integrated drug discovery researches.Qualifications1) Ph.D. in cell biology and biochemistry background with minimal 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical/BioPharma industry. 2)Hands-on experience and strong expertise in biochemistry and cell-based assay development and compound screening3)Demonstrated expertise in automation and bioassay instrument (e.g. liquid handling, plate readers) is desired.4)Background in enzymology is desired, but not required. 5)Demonstrated managerial skill to guide groups through corporate change and growth. 6)Excellent verbal and writing skills in English are essential. 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员
