职位描述： BU/Function: Performance CoatingsLocation: Shanghai SongjiangJob Title: Lab TechnicianReporting to (Job Title): Technical SupervisorPURPOSE:This role is mainly responsible for lab synthesis experiments in regional projects, through execution of products quality improvement, new source qualification, assisting technology transfer and new products development.RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:?Carry out lab experiments according to projects priorities with detailed record the experiments process and samples testing results;?Assist in smooth functioning of laboratory by ensuring highest standard of laboratory safety, housekeeping, security, equipment maintenance and accuracy of test data;?Manage the inventory of lab samples and raw materials;?Other ad-hoc assignments by supervisor.REQUIRMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:?Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related;?Minimum 3 years’ experience in lab experiments, sample testing, particular in polymer and coatings area;?Strong analytical skills and skills of writing up experiment reports;?Good communication skills and presentation skills;?Good knowledge and experience with safe laboratory practices and sound scientific methodology;?Familiar with Quality Management Systems and procedures;?Proficient user of MS Office software, SAP, Other business software;?Good English capability;?Has passion in technology and willing to work extra miles.CORE COMPETENCIES:Hard Skills:?Strong hands-on lab experiments experience;?Technical expertise in polymers, coatings, or relevant fields;Soft Skills:?Communication effectively;?Deliver results; 职能类别： 化工实验室研究员/技术员 化学分析测试员 关键字： Chemistry Polymer Materials Chemical 化学 材料化学 高分子 化工 实验室测试 实验室技术
