职位描述： MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms the following tasks with varying supervision:Document management:?Creates and manages the clinical study files;?Assist in the coordination of preparation of required documents to ensure timely availability and reporting;?Oversees the organization and distribution of clinical study documents;?Assists with periodic audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy.?Create and manage site activation tracking systems.?Track site activation progress by ensuring receipt of proper study documentation, agreements, and site approvals;?Maintains shipping accountsData management:?Performs data review and processes data;?Ensures timely and quality completion of data collection forms.?Reviews and processes monitoring reports;Site/Field Communication:?Communicates with cross-functional project teams, e.g. Clinical Operations, Field Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Affairs;?May provide guidance on site activation to site and field personnel.?May provide guidance on data collection and other study related processes to site and field personnel.Study Closure:?Support the study team and field with study closure activities.Training:?Assist with training of new CSAsInvestigator Meetings:?Assist with organization of meetings for investigators, study coordinators and field personnel including travel and meeting logistics as necessary.Additional Responsibilities as assigned:?Schedules, prepares agendas, and may take meeting minutes for study team meetings and other meetings as applicable?Assist with device distribution, tracking and disposition?Contributes to ongoing departmental and project-specific process improvement effortsJOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION?High School diplomaJOB EXPERIENCE?1 - 2 years experience as Project Coordinator?2 – 4 years administrative experienceSKILLS?English?Able to manage multiple tasks?Computer skills: MS Office?High attention to detail and accuracy?Team playerCOMPETENCIES?Customer Focus?Engagement?Effective Communication?Results Orientation?Quality Orientation?
