职位描述

职位描述： 岗位职责： 1) Communicate proactively with clients and propose/agree on Cardiovascular/ electrophysiology/CNS and metabolic/DMPK studies to address key program issues or potential risks. Collaborate with functional groups to conduct study design and submit study requests timely. 2) Work closely with internal functional groups to monitor the progress of submitted studies en ensures timely execution. Propose alternative plans when an accident or unexpected event occurs. 3) Analyze and integrate all data (in vivo pharmacology) to assess if conducted studies have addressed or clarified the scientific questions asked, or have tested the hypothesis proposed earlier. 4) Ensure timely delivery of study data/report to the clients with high quality and an appropriate scientific summary. Formulate hypotheses and scientific rationale to account for the study results and propose further studies to confirm it as appropriate. 5) Be able to work independently on assigned studies under minimal supervision. 任职要求： 1) M.S. degree or above with 2-3 years' industry experience in the field of drug metabolism, electrophysiology, CNS, Cardiovascular, and pharmacokinetics or equivalent life-science based discipline. 2) In depth knowledge on animals disease model with extensive hands-on experience on common assays, data analysis. Capable to identify and solve some issues under minimum guidance. 3) Able to work independently and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of medicinal chemists, biologists, pharmacologists and toxicologists. 职能类别： 其他
