职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:?Qualification, calibration and maintenance managementDraft and review the procedure and report of equipment instrument qualificationCalibrate and qualify the equipment instrument according to the documents or SOP(s)Follow up the maintenance plan and preventive maintenance documents. Ensure the SOPs and procedures are followed during all stages of calibration/ qualificationPrepare monthly summary report for instrument validation related activitiesCalibrate the pipettes according to the SOPAssume responsibility for assigned refrigerators, maintaining them in proper calibration and working order according to the appropriate SOP if neededBe responsible for temperature alarm system logbook and print reports of network monitor system?Change Control managementMonthly monitoring of the progress of raised changes and follow up with action plansAble to write change controls, deviations and CAPAs in a logical and clear manner, and review these documentsYearly trend analysis of environmental monitoring results for the purified water system, nitrogen system, HVAC, compressed air system and production equipmentReview of current equipment validation practices and propose changes to improve these practicesFulfill a consultant role in the field of equipment validation for QA and the production departmentREQUIREMENTS:?Knowledge of cGMP requirements?A minimum of two years of GMP experience in a biotech or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, or the equivalent, is desired.?Prior work in maintaining GMP biotechnology and/or sterile process equipment is required is desired?Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications?Knowledge of validation test instruments such as Kaye Validator is desired?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?Excellent written and spoken English communication skillsEDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):?Diploma or degree qualification preferred; B.S in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Life Sciences degree 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物制药 仪器验证 仪器维护
