职位描述： Marketing ManagerLocation: ShanghaiReport To: China Business HeadKEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS1. Franchise Management-Lead the development of product/franchise strategies to optimize the portfolio business-Lead new product launching strategy and plan-Direct and support the product growth initiatives-Work with other function management team to ensure the cross-functional alignment2. Organization Effectiveness and People Development-Assist the marketing director to develop effective team structure to support the growth of business-Assist the marketing director to establish competency requirement for every marketing position and performance standard for the major market programs-Develop subordinates through coaching and training programs3.
