职位描述： Responsibilities:1.Identification and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize manufacture operation;2.Act as internal professional consultant of production team, find quality risk point and chance point in production operation;3.As process engineering project leader, interact with PD, R&D, QA, QC, production team to set up process optimization project to validate better production procedures，As needed, interaction will also be required with material/equipment vendors；4.As key member of new product transfer project, establish, optimize technique transfer working process, helping MFG manager design process test, summarize and analyzing test data for final technique evaluation,5.Help MFG head accomplish other technical work.Qualification:1.5-10 years proven experience with biological product manufacture or process development，experience with cell/gene therapy is a plus,2.Have good knowledge about GMP regulation,3.Have good sense about QbD principle,4.Good interpersonal and communication skills,5.Good English ability in both written and spoken,6.Strong team work spirit and willing to learn. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
