职位描述： Job Description Title: Associate Medical Affairs ManagerDept: Medical AffairsReport to: BU MA Head, MA, Greater China Job PurposeProvide medical and scientificsupport to the BU and R&D. Key Responsibilities1. Medical Strategy Development and Execution1) Be the medical expert of respective therapeuticarea and subject matter 2) Develop Medical Strategy which is consistent withbusiness strategy3) Lead evidence generation including post marketingstudies and publications to shape clinical practice and differentiate BDproduct from competitor in terms of value and clinical application, andevidence interpretation including inquiry response and literature alert4) KOL development and engagement, such as organizethe advisory board for better influence the appropriate clinical value deliveryto the patients and HCWs2. Business Support1) Participate and contribute to business strategydevelopment2) Provide support to marketing activities3) Provide scientific input to promotional materialsdevelopment4) Provide training on medical knowledge3. R&D Support1) Clinical Strategy development and execution i.Be the medicalexpert of respective therapeutic area and subject matterii.Work as MA coreteam member, develop clinical strategy (CER/clinical trials) for the newproduct together with CD team, coordinate the execution of clinical strategywith timely and quality manner and draft study synopsisiii.Lead human factorstudy for design verification if any2) Project Supporti.Provide clinicalinput to product design and Instructions For Use (IFU)ii.Provide clinicalinput to business planiii.Provide clinicalinput to VOC development and execution, and identify and interpret customerneedsiv.Provide clinicalinput to registration strategy developmentv.Material ( ProductTechnical Requirement, labeling, submission dossier, etc) review from medicalperspective4. Medical governance and compliance such as implementmedical review for promotional materials Requirements:1.Education: Clinical Medicine, Master Degree isnecessary2.At least 3~5 year experience in medical affairs rolein MNC companies3.Willing to learn4.Good business acumen5.Good communication, stakeholder management andinfluence6.Team collaboration spirit7.Strategic thinking and planning skills8.Commitment to customer9.
