职位描述: Job facts - Driving MSO team, Medical Science teams and CBT team to develop overarching oncology strategies and provide expertise to support the development of brand associated oncology strategies across the oncology portfolio. - Periodically update oncology strategy and plan to reflect the change of the competitive landscape and critical business strategy change if appropriate - To develop oncology strategy with relevant area oncology expertise and aligned with the company strategy. - To develop specific oncology strategy aligned with the medical strategy and brand strategy with the alignment from key stakeholders. - Keeping business agility for new business model exploring through innovative approach, supporting, monitoring and optimizing whole MSO team’s oncology strategy implementation effectiveness - The expertise for oncology area development trends deep understanding - Ensure team and key stakeholder’s full understanding and alignment with the oncology strategy. - Developing supportive educational material and effectiveness monitoring tool or methodology for strategy effectiveness evaluation and consistently optimization - Regularly review and modify MSO action plan during implementation to ensure full support to key medical activities. - Seek feedbacks and suggestions from external customers and internal stakeholders for strategy and implementation plan constant improvement. - Keeping business agility for new business model exploring through innovative approach - Actively build up cross-functional partnership and supporting the implementations of brand associated oncology strategies - Be the key contact point of accountability for all inquiries and communications regarding the oncology aspects of pathology. - Enhancing the cross-functional collaboration between MSO team and commercial team or other stakeholders through oncology situation analysis, strategy alignment and implementation effectiveness communication. - Ensure oncology medical and scientific supports to the commercial activities, including oncology medical input into the brand strategy. - Accountable for the effectiveness of national level oncology tactics delivery with the alignment from MSO regional team and key internal stakeholders. - Organizing national level project to support the execution of oncology strategy. - Field situation understanding , analysis and key stakeholder communication - Ensuring strict medical compliance in oncology activities designing - Responsible for whole MSO team’s academic learning mechanism establishment to improve MSO’s academic capability for strategy implementation. - Organize and conduct constant training to MSO team on academic knowledge update improvement. - Provide ongoing assessment of MSO team to ensure the academic knowledge improvement and effectiveness towards strategy goals. - Establish peer-to-peer scientific collaboration with national level Oncology Area Experts and medical society. - Develop and maintain a network of national level Oncology Area Experts and medical society in the oncology areas in order to maintain and reinforce the scientific leadership of the Company - Compliance adherence - Ensure all oncology strategy and implementation plan strictly adhere to Roche SOPs/codes and local regulationsWho you are You’re someone who wants to influence your own development.
