职位描述： 职责描述:? Manage the IACUC’s routine agenda and activities under directions of IACUC Chairman? Support all the activities related to maintenance of the AAALAC accreditation status at Suzhou Site, including updating of Program Description (PD) annually and coordination of the facility inspections by AAALAC International Councile members, etc.? Maintain and update related IACUC policies and SOPs.? Prepare and coordinate the training to employees on animal care and use program.任职要求：? Degree in veterinary medicine (DVM or international equivalent) with advanced training and degree in a discipline relevant to laboratory animal medicine or toxicology.? A minimum of five years working experience in veterinary medicine, toxicology or other related fields at a research/lab animal facility is required. Knowledge and experience on IACUC operation is strongly preferred.? AALAS Certification or ACLAM or equivalent Board-Certification preferred.? Current license to practice veterinary medicine in China preferred.? An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.? Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.? Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
