职位描述: Medical Director-Oncology, Clinical DevelopmentPrimary Location: ShanghaiSchedule: Full-timeShift: DayJob Level: ExecutiveTravel: RareResponsibilities:Antengene is seeking Executive, Medical Director to join the Oncology Product Development team. The Medical Director will be responsible for,Provide medical and science experties to key stakeholders.Design and develop clinical trials.Lead or participate in any relevent team meeting, other interactions and communications.Lead desgin and implementation of communication strategies to support existing and concluded studies. Includes KOL interactions, advisory boards, major medical meetings, congresses and other events, publications and other materials.Manage safety and scientific integrity of clinical trials.Prepare variety of medically-related documents and report writing, including Investigator Brochures, reports for INDs, CTAs, etc.With ability to collaborate and communicate with Regulatory Affair Departments regarding to regulatory submissions and any adverse events reporting, as required.Contribute science input into relavent therapeutic/disease area strategy.Respresents company at scientific and industry meetings as required.Guide the work and support less experienced colleagues.Collaborate with variety of internal and external partners, such as clinicians, scientists, business development, etc.Qualifications:Minimum MD or MD/PHDMinimum 5 years experience in design and conduct clinical trials in Oncology.Open-minded, fasting learning and collaborative.Team-worker.Fluency in written and spoken Chinese/English. 职能类别: 医药技术研发管理人员
